Weighed in this morning at 226, making my total weight lost for this week 2 lbs. - horrible.
I feel like I'm hitting brick walls. I'm not even going to spend time beating myself up. It's pointless. I am disappointed, because when I started I was 238 lbs. I lost 10 lbs the first week before I started officially 'fasting' and recording it, and only 2 lbs after. I could be 20 lbs lighter by now at 218 had I been stronger during the week.

The last time I fasted this hard was 4 years ago. I lost 60 lbs in 2.5 months. One of the most frustrating things for me during that time was that I'd eat and regain and have to work off what I gained instead of continuing to lose. This made my weight loss journey take longer. I can see myself doing that again, and I absolutely refuse. No way am I going to spend 2.5 months to reach a major goal weight. I broke this fast into 3 parts, because I expect to hit a mgw in each one, and my ultimate goal weight when I'm done. My first major goal is 145 lbs. I have 39 days left to make that happen. I'm going to.

145 lbs would make a huge difference for me.
